we ship from texas, usa.

us mainland orders of $500 and over ship free, insured. orders under $500 pay carrier-calculated usps rates (ground advantage or priority mail express), with signature confirmation added when we buy the label.

international shipping is available on all orders, charged at flat rates by zone and shipped by fedex. any customs charges or taxes in your country are yours to pay.

every item in the shop is one-off — when it is gone, it is gone.

returns

you have 30 days from delivery. contact us before sending anything back — email gear@fotosan.us and we will confirm the return and how to send it.

if an item arrives faulty, or not as described, that is on us: we cover the return shipping, and refund you in full once the item is back with us and inspected.

if you have changed your mind, that is fine too — send the item back at your cost, in the same condition it arrived in, with everything it shipped with. we refund once the item is back with us and inspected; if it comes back in a different condition, we may adjust the refund to match.

refunds go back to your original payment method. please pack returns as carefully as we packed them for you — you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
